Children s Giant Soft Piece Puzzle or Flooring - (Southpark for sale in Charlotte, North Carolina

I acquired this in a storage auction.
The packaging looks new but I don't know if it is. I don't know if this is meant to be used as a soft floor after it is put together. Either way, the pieces are soft.
