Meet Embry.  He is a 1-2 year old Yorkshire Terrier mix who weighs 15 pounds. Embry is very sweet and laid back. He gets along great with other dogs. Embry is house trained and he is very quiet and enjoys his crate. He will be a loyal and loving companion to the entire family.

***Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers and we require a home check for each of our adoptable pets prior to them going to their new homes, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family further than 60 miles from Charlotte is responsible for finding a representative of a rescue local to them that is willing to perform the home check. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to meet/pick up the pet as soon as the application is approved.***
